It is with great pleasure and pride that we communicate the distinction of the THINKPAY Platform with the attribution of the ACEPI Navegantes XXI Award, for the year 2022, in the category “Best Digital Project/Website/App Financial Services”.

Having been created just over a year ago, by two employees ex: Banco BPI – Paulo Vila Luz and Pedro Nuno Lopes -, with extensive experience in Payments and Digital Transformation, this distinction is a natural consequence of the gradual growth with relevant companies in Portugal in innovative projects with the availability of new Payment Methods (eg Immediate Transfers by Open Banking, BNPL, International Payments), improvement of the relationship with Customers and optimization of internal processes, in various sectors - Marketplaces, Retail, Universities, Transport, Tourism, Services, IPSS -, with very positive references from those traders with whom we have established a partnership relationship.

ThinkPay – A new paradigm in Digital Payments

Thinkpay is a newly created Portuguese PAYTECH, developed by a team of Portuguese engineers, which allows companies to take advantage of and explore the new payment paradigm, characterized by the use of innovative technologies and the opening of financial services to merchants as a result of recent regulatory changes ( ex: PSD2 and Open Banking).

Thinkpay provides a Payment Orchestration tool, especially aimed at Digital Commerce Companies, which by introducing a new layer of intelligence in companies' payments and payment processes, allows solving any payment-related challenges of companies, in a sustained and permanent way. and make the digital transformation of E-Commerce processes easier and more agile.

Using innovative technological tools, we immediately emphasize the simplicity and flexibility of integrating this platform with the company's systems and processes, as well as the automatic access to a multitude of payment methods, integrated and made available according to the requirements of each Company/Merchant. and access to efficient and global payment solutions that facilitate internationalization processes and operations in remote markets.

The success already achieved by the adoption of the ThinkPay platform among important Customers in Portugal, confirms the benefits of this platform, highlighting:

The Navegantes XXI Awards are an initiative of ACEPI - Association of the Digital Economy created around the mission that gave birth to it in 2000: Promote and Develop the Digital Economy in Portugal.

The ACEPI Navegantes XXI Awards were conceived from an innovative concept that annually rewards the best of the Digital Economy and Society in Portugal in the most diverse aspects.

These awards showcase 22 initiatives, ideas and institutions that are making an unequivocal contribution to the digital transformation and innovation of the economy and society in Portugal.
